Ongoing plans
Most clients don't want a project. They want technology to stop being their problem, and they want to still own it at the end. Three ways to do that.
Watch
For businesses whose systems mostly work and need to keep working.
- Monitoring for the site and the systems that matter
- Backups verified, not just scheduled
- Updates and security patching
- Domain, DNS and email health
- Your credentials in a vault whose key you hold, and a runbook kept current
- A monthly note in plain English about what happened and what's coming
- You can call us
Run
For businesses with no internal IT.
Everything in Watch, plus- Day-to-day support for you and your staff
- Vendor management — we deal with the POS company so you don't
- Accounts, devices and access
- A budgeted block of change work each month, so small improvements don't need a quote every time
- Priority response
- A named owner for your account — the person who scopes the work is the person who does it
Build
For businesses actively changing how they operate.
Everything in Run, plus- Ongoing development — software, data, automation, and machine learning where it earns its place
- Quarterly planning: what to build, what to buy, what to switch off
- Architecture and technical decisions owned end to end
- Technical leadership that also does the building — decisions and delivery, not decisions and a handover
Why there's no price on this page
Because we'd have to make it up. What a plan costs depends on how many systems there are, how bad a shape they're in, and how much of it is ours to keep running. The same tier can be a small monthly number for one business and several times that for another one down the street, and quoting either on a web page would mislead somebody.
Here's the commitment instead: after one call you get the tier that fits, what it costs and what it doesn't cover — in writing, at no charge, with no obligation. If a plan is the wrong shape for you, you'll be told that too.
